Cassava (Manihot esculenta Crantz) is a perennial plant with nutty taste that grows best under a tropical, moist, fertile, and well-drained soils. It is said that cassava originated from Brazil, South American forests. This chewy underground tuber is one of the most popular edible root-vegetable.

Aside from being a food,  cassava can also become paper, textiles, and adhesive. But what is the unexpected miracle that cassava can do?  It can lessen the drunkenness of a person. Cassava can be turn into an anti-alcoholic wipes and mouthwash. The processed extract of this root-vegetable can reduce the effect of excessive alcohol consumption.
