Be healthy, be bold, and be gold!
Staying healthy and fit is the new trend of this generation. With the food innovations sprouting from every corner of the world, it is surely tough to control yourself from eating too much just to protect your livers. Toxins generated from the food we take are being cleansed by our livers but when there are more than enough of these that our livers can control, accumulation happens and God knows what would happen next.
Mary Vance once wrote, “Toxic overload creates an acidic internal environment and has been implicated in a number of diseases, including cardiovascular disease, cancer, chronic fatigue, allergies, skin conditions, asthma, mental illness, hypertension, gastritis, kidney disease and obesity. Studies are beginning to reveal that toxic overload contributes to more serious conditions such as autoimmune diseases, inflammatory/rheumatoid arthritis, and neurological disorders such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s.”
Some of these toxins also come from processed foods. Even if we try to stay away from it, there’s no denying the fact that we CAN’T stay away from them especially when they look and taste so good.
With this being said, people who eat a wide variety of foods now try to cheat their bodies so it doesn’t get weak from all of those toxins. Most people try to stay healthy by going to gyms, controlling their food intakes, and drinking those green or orange healthy looking shakes that tastes so healthy you don’t know if you’ll finish it or not.
Being healthy doesn’t need to be a sacrifice. All you need is the right knowledge on what to take and how to take it. Behold! The golden herb- Turmeric!
