What Makes This Milk Teas:  That Ilonggos Love

For everyone to know is Milk tea is tea with milk added. In some parts of the world milk tea is the default type of tea, so ‘tea’ usually refers to milk team while ‘black tea‘ or ‘tea without’ refers to tea without milk. Now it’s very popular in different parts of the Philippines. Milk tea combines the smooth, semi bitter taste of strong tea with the creamy richness of milk. It’s very mouth watering. We all know that mostly Filipino’s love to drink teas. So when these milk teas pop out its easy for them to love it. When you go to a mall you can see many milk tea shops in different corners.

Regarded for thousands of years in the East as a key to good health, happiness, and wisdom, tea has caught the attention of researchers in the West, who are discovering the many health benefits of different types of teas. Studies have found that some teas may help with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes; encourage weight loss; lower cholesterol; and bring about mental alertness. Tea also appears to have antimicrobial qualities. “There doesn’t seem to be a downside to tea,” says American Dietetic Association spokeswoman Katherine Tallmadge, MA, RD, LD. “I think it’s a great alternative to coffee drinking. First, tea has less caffeine. It’s pretty well established that the compounds in tea – their flavonoids – are good for the heart and may reduce cancer.” Although a lot of questions remain about how long tea needs to be steeped for the most benefit, and how much you need to drink, nutritionists agree any tea is good tea. Still, they prefer brewed teas over bottled to avoid the extra calories and sweeteners.

Their are few who is not a tea lover at first but when they have this milk tea additional with its new different flavor the people love it easily it adds excitement to the milk tea.

The ingredients they use for this tea also makes some of their costumer to come again in their shops like for example the Serenitea is the ground zero of bubble tea places, and it’s worth noting that they still consistently serve good milk tea. Our top two favorites are the Okinawa Milk Tea (black tea and brown sugar flavor) and the Hokkaido Milk Tea (Assam tea and Butter Toffee Caramel flavor). Forego the sugar and use egg pudding to sweeten and add texture to your drinks.

They have this wall that you can put some notes. It is also a place where you can bond with each other, do some chikas, and unwind yourself while sipping the teas that they offer that is so refreshing one of my friends told me that this Milk Tea is not only delicious but also soothing and simple to make. It’s a choice drink for a cold day or just sitting around. It’s a cold drink you can’t get enough of. We are quickly addicted to milk tea it is not surprise how was it become popular all over the world especially here in Iloilo City Filipino choose it as a alternative of coffee or milk added that it has a different flavor.
